Privacy and demo requests

Digital Upstream LLC is the controller of the personal data submitted through this website. We use it to respond to demo requests and send related business communications.

The legal basis for this processing is your explicit consent. You provide this consent by selecting the checkbox and submitting the form. You may withdraw that consent by contacting us.

The form asks for your name, work email, company, job title, area of interest and an optional message. We may also store the landing-page path and campaign-attribution fields such as source, medium, campaign, content and search term.

Do not submit confidential operational data, trade secrets, credentials, sensitive personal data or restricted operational information.

We use Formspree, Inc. to receive, store and route demo-request submissions and to deliver the notification email. Formspree processes this information on our behalf.

Formspree operates international infrastructure, so information may be processed outside the country where you submitted it, subject to its applicable data-protection safeguards.

Submission history is retained in our current Formspree account for up to 30 days. Notification emails are kept in our business mailbox only for as long as needed to respond to and manage the enquiry.

We use access controls, encrypted transport, request validation, abuse protection and restricted operational access. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.

You may request access to or deletion of your submitted information, or withdraw consent, by emailing kstrizhnev@digital-upstream.ru. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.
